Musician-Friendly Accommodation?

I'm looking for a music-friendly place to stay in London (England) for between 6 and 12 months. Hmmm, this should SO be a MusBook function! I'll see to it :)

Seriously, any offers of reasonably OK accommodation where it's good to practice (c.90db) during the daytime considered!
